About This Sermon
Steven Morris teaches from Matthew 4:1-11 and shows how Jesus faced temptation in the wilderness. The devil questioned Jesus's identity, twisted Scripture, and offered shortcuts to power and provision. Each time, Jesus answered with the truth of God's Word.
Steven reminds us that none of us are as strong as we think we are. Temptation will come, and the enemy often makes it look good while hiding a hook inside. We fight back by storing God's Word in our hearts, remembering who we are as children of God, and running to Jesus rather than trying to muscle through on our own.
