Join our fun and competitive Basketball league.

Upward Basketball uses a system which incorporates the participants skill level in team selection. Because of this, we will not be able to receive friend requests, carpool links, or coaching requests. Players will be placed in an attempt to form balanced teams.

This league will take place at our Champions Campus in the Family Life Center Gyms. Basketball teams are divided and formed based on grade and gender; there are 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, and 5th/6th grade divisions. 1st/2nd grade play on an 8’ goal using a 28.5” ball; 3rd/4th grade play on a 9” goal using a 28.5” ball; and 5th/6th grade play on a 10’ goal with the girls using a 28.5” ball and the boys using a 29.5” ball.

About the 2021-2022 Season

• Registration begins October 11th.
• The registration cost per child is $125.
• Deadline for registration is November 28th or sooner if teams are maxed.
• We are a parent coached league. Individuals who are willing to coach will receive a $25 discount.

• Upward Basketball is for kids 1st through 6th Grade. (Boy’s Division and Girl’s Division)

League Schedule:

• Practices begin the week of January 10th. Practice night will be assigned.
• Games begin Saturday, January 22nd.
• We will have 6 weeks of games. Season will end on February 26th.
