Lanier Theological Library
The Lanier Theological Library is a 17,000 sq. ft research library located in Northwest Houston, Texas. The LTL has a capacity of over 100,000 volumes and specializes in Archaeology, Biblical Studies, Church History, the DeadSea Scrolls, Egyptology, Linguistics, and Theology. The LTL also houses a comprehensive periodical collection as well as historical documents and museum-quality artifacts.

When do we need to plan on being in Houston
and when should we book our flight out?
We kindly request that you plan your travel arrangements to arrive on Sunday evening, in preparation for the start of the event. The conference will conclude on Tuesday, so we recommend scheduling your departure for Wednesday morning. We look forward to welcoming you for an engaging and inspiring few days!

Are there additional costs?
We are anticipating a gathering of approximately 250-300 attendees for this event. Please note that each participant is responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses.
Lunch will be provided at the event, catered by Chef Pierre from the Lanier Theological Library. Most hotels in the vicinity offer breakfast options, so you are welcome to take advantage of those facilities.
For your evening meals on Monday and Tuesday, you are free to explore the diverse culinary scene of Houston, with a variety of dining options at your disposal. Alternatively, for those who prefer to remain on the church premises before the evening sessions, we will have sandwiches and meals from Chick-Fil-A available.
Please kindly make a reservation for these on-site dinners to ensure we have an adequate food supply. We look forward to your participation and a successful event.

What about transportation?
We will provide transportation during the conference, but you will need to Uber or rent a car (if you like) to get around and to and from the airport.

Should I stay at one of the listed hotels?
We have arranged for a block of rooms at our partner hotels, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, please be advised that due to the high level of interest in the conference, these rooms may fill up quickly. In the event that our block of rooms is fully booked, attendees will be responsible for securing their own accommodations. We recommend early booking to secure your spot in the designated hotels.

Will there be books available?
As part of your conference experience, we are pleased to offer each participant two complimentary books authored by our distinguished speakers. You will have the opportunity to reserve these books in advance. Additionally, we will have a selection of other works by our speakers available for purchase at the event. This is a great opportunity to further explore the insights and expertise of our presenters.
