About This Sermon
Steven Morris teaches from John 20:19-29 on how the resurrection of Jesus brings peace. The disciples were locked in a room, afraid for their lives, when Jesus appeared and spoke peace to them three times. Jesus has unlimited access to our lives, is not afraid of our fear or other emotions, and gets in close to his people.
Peace with God comes through Christ's sacrifice on the cross. Peace in our hearts and souls is a gift that guards us even in trouble. And peace with others is possible because of Jesus. This peace is not based on circumstances but on the living presence of Christ.
