Parent's Night Out 2020

As much as we love our kids, every couple needs some alone time! 😄

Friday Night childcare is available one Friday night a month (unless holiday or church-wide schedule conflicts) for Life Group members to have a "Night Out" opportunity to build healthy relationships with spouse, friends, family or other Life Group Members.

Parents Night Out Childcare Guidelines

1. The Coordinators are responsible for picking up, and providing the registration envelope for their Life Group classes. Registration envelopes will be provided each month in the Life Group Leader Cart. Please use the envelope provided each month and turn it in on the deadline date to the Resource Room.
2. Children will be accepted at 6:30 p.m. and must be picked up no later than 9:45 p.m. Care will be provided for 6 weeks through 5th grade.
3. A registration/medical release form must be on file in the childcare office prior to a child participating in Friday Night Childcare.
4. The class coordinator is responsible for submitting the completed Childcare Registration Forms and a non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee of $10.00 per child/$30 per family maximum.
5. Preschool, Children, and Student Ministry teachers may sign up and pay their registration fee in the Preschool/Children's Resource Room (same deadline applies)
6. Reservations are not considered complete unless your children are signed up in advance and paid in full. No cancellation credits or refunds will be given.
7. Confirmations will be made via e-mail by noon on Thursday to the parents.
