Philip De Courcy is the senior pastor of Kindred Community Church in Anaheim Hills, California, and teacher on the daily media program, Know The Truth.

Philip was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, to Christian parents who instilled in him a love for the Lord, Jesus Christ. At sixteen years of age, Philip trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.

Growing up in a neighborhood where civil tension was commonplace, many of Philip’s friends became involved in acts of terrorism. As a result, Philip decided to serve as a part-time reserve police officer in the Royal Ulster Constabulary in North Belfast. Although some of his comrades were injured and even killed during that six-year period, Philip was unharmed. To this day, he believes God used this faith-building season to prepare him for pastoral ministry.

After receiving pastoral training, Philip spent six years shepherding the congregation of Carr Baptist Church in Lisburn, a suburb of Belfast. Then, in 1994, Philip relocated his family to the United States to attend the Masters’ Seminary, then later serving as Senior Pastor in churches in Southern California and central Ohio. In 2007 Philip began his current ministry as Senior Pastor at Kindred Community Church. Pastor Philip is also the teacher on the daily broadcast Know The Truth – heard on more than 600 radio stations in the United States, as well as on a variety of digital platforms.

He and his wife, June have three grown daughters and one son-in law, recently becoming grandparents to beautiful grandchildren.

Steven W. Smith is the senior pastor at Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, AR.

He formerly served as the Vice President for Student Services and Professor of Preaching at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Liberty University, he earned a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He furthered his education at Regent University, where he earned his PhD in communications.

He is the author of several books on preaching, and among these include Dying to Preach, Recapturing the Voice of God, and Preaching for the Rest of Us. Most importantly, he is married to his best friend, Ashley, and they have three children: Jewell, Sidney, and Shepherd.

H.B. Charles is the Pastor and Teacher at the Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church of Jacksonville and Orange Park, Florida, where he has served since 2008.

He is primarily responsible for preaching-teaching, vision casting, and leadership development. Outside of his ministry with his congregation, he regularly speaks and teaches at churches, conferences, and conventions around the country.

He has contributed to several books and journals. Pastor Charles is the author of It Happens After Prayer, On Preaching, On Praying, On Worship, The Difference Jesus Makes, Getting Right With God, and Reaching God's Goals for Your Life. Pastor Charles and his wife, Crystal, have 3 children: H.B. III, Natalie, and Hailey.

Bryan Carter is best known as a leader, connector, thought leader, pastor, and dynamic communicator. Innovative, strategic, compassionate, and visionary are just a few words used by others to describe him.

He serves as the pastor of Concord Church in Dallas, TX, where he has served since 2003. Bryan is a passionate leader with a vision for inspiring people to grow to their full potential in Jesus Christ.

Pastor Carter is committed to serving the city of Dallas and beyond by working toward city transformation, building stronger families, and economic development. He currently serves on the boards of Frost Bank Dallas Advisory Board, Dallas Mavericks Advisory Council, and Family Life Ministries.

Pastor Carter also serves as board chair for Harmony Community Development Corporation, an organization committed to improving the community of southern Dallas by transforming communities to become whole and empowered. He has served Harmony CDC since 2007. For ten years, he led the African American Pastors Coalition, a fellowship of over sixty churches committed to serving and addressing critical needs in the Dallas community. He also served as co-chair of Dallas Clergy, a fellowship of Dallas churches from across the city for six years. His past board service includes Dallas Regional Chamber, Dallas Police Department Community Advisory Board, Mayor’s Taskforce Against Domestic Violence, Mayor’s Star Council, Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) International, Impact Dallas Capital, Dallas Habitat for Humanity, Dallas ISD Education Foundation, and Leadership Network. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Pastor Bryan Carter graduated from Oklahoma State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a specialty in Science and Math, and is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, where he earned a Master of Arts in Christian Education with a specialty in Family Ministry. He also is a recipient of an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Dallas Baptist University. Bryan is married to his college sweetheart, Stephanie, and has two daughters, Kaitlyn and Kennedy, and one son, Carson.

Dr. Osborne serves as professor of preaching and pastoral ministry at Southwestern Seminary. Prior to his service at Southwestern he served as a pastor for over forty years in Texas, including over thirty years at Central Baptist Church in Bryan Texas. He has served in numerous denominational roles at the convention, state convention, and local association level including, the president and executive board of the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. Dr. Osborne’s doctoral dissertation focused on the place and use of humor in Christian Preaching. He also contributes to Preaching Source a resource for the Southwestern Center for Text-Driven Preaching.

He is married to Peggy, and they have two grown children.

Dr. Jarrett Stephens serves as Senior Pastor of Champion Forest Baptist Church in Northwest Houston. Since coming to Champion Forest in January of 2021, he has led the church to establish a residency program that trains and equips seminary students who are called to ministry. He also founded CF Connect, a ministry designed to help connect pastors to the church, to one another and to church planters from across the country for resourcing and encouragement.

Jarrett also serves on the boards of BridgeBuilders, Dallas Baptist University and the North American Mission Board – which clearly point to his passions of sharing the life-transforming message of the Gospel to the uttermost parts of the world, to serving the least of these in the inner cities, to raising up the next generation of Christian leaders, to equipping churches to be on mission.

A native of Louisiana, Jarrett graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Ark., with a bachelor of arts in biblical studies and psychology. He received his master of divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2006 and his doctorate of ministry from Liberty Theological Seminary in January 2012.

Jarrett is the author of two books, including his newest book, The Always God: He Hasn’t Changed and You Are Not Forgotten. Addressing this chaotic season we find ourselves in, and for any difficult days, Jarrett brings a message of hope about a God who never changes. His debut book, The Mountains Are Calling: Making the Climb for a Clearer View of God and Ourselves, was released in August 2018. In his book, Jarrett takes readers to 10 mountaintop moments in the Bible where people had encounters with God. Through these experiences, God revealed His truth and brought His people closer to Him.

Jarrett and his wife, Debbie, have four daughters, Riley, Kelsey, Cameron and Landry.
