Class Descriptions

Fit for Seniors

This is an hour long class that incorporates ½ hour of low impact aerobics, & ½ hour of toning, and stretching. A great way to keep yourself active and have fun in the process!

Pilates

An exercise of slow movements that flow together to focus on strengthening the core, lengthening the muscles, and increasing flexibility.

Body Blaster

Have the best of both worlds! Alternating sets of strength training with laps (on the track). Total body strengthened and one mile accomplished (at your own pace)!! Body bars, tubing, hand weights, stability balls and more are used to provide a great workout!!!

Strength / Cardio Circuit

This class is twice through a series of exercise stations (including: strength training, cardio, and AB work. Class will use body bars, tubing, hand weights, stability balls and an exciting variety of cardio exercises to get your energy flowing!!!

Wholyfit

WholyFit is a gentle body exercise program that strengthens and tones all muscle groups, builds endurance, improves balance, flexibility, spinal agility, range of motion, and increases awareness of postural alignment and breathing. The class is self-paced for all fitness levels, from beginner to athletic.
