Class Descriptions

Low Impact Aerobics

A class that incorporates low impact aerobics, toning, and stretching.

Pilates

A movement of exercises that flow together to focus on strengthening the core, lengthening the muscles, and increasing flexibility.

Body Blaster

Have the best of both worlds! Alternate sets of strength training and laps on the track. Total body strengthened and one mile accomplished (at your own pace)! Body bars, tubing, hand weights, stability balls and more are used to provide a great workout!

Wholyfit

A gentle body exercise program that strengthens and tones all muscle groups, builds endurance, improves balance, flexibility, spinal agility, range of motion and increases awareness of postural alignment and breathing. The class is self-paced for all fitness levels.

4-3-2-1

Continuous cycles of 4 minutes cardio, 3 minutes resistance, 2 minutes core work, 1 minute stretching. Endurance, muscular and core strength, and flexibility will be gained through a variety of exercises.

Zumba

An absolute blast in one hour of calorie burning, body energizing, upbeat Latin dance movements. A really fun workout!

Kickboxing

A class of energetic kickboxing moves. Great cardio and toning! 

Cardio/Weight Fusion

30 min. of low-impact cardio while using light weights followed by 20 min. stretching.
