Class Descriptions

Low Impact Aerobics

A 30 min. class of low impact aerobics for any fitness level.

Pilates

A movement of exercises that flow together to focus on strengthening the core, lengthening the muscles, and increasing flexibility.

Endurance

A 45 min. weightlifting class. Lighter weights/lots of reps!

Wholyfit

A Christian alternative to yoga. Low impact, full body workout designed to increase flexibility and strengthen spine and core.

Cardio/Weight Fusion

30 min. of low-impact cardio while using light weights.

Refit

A cardio-dance program that engages mind, body and soul through easy-to-learn movements and inspiring music. A fitness dance party!

Push

A 25-30 minute class for all fitness levels that pushes you at your own individual pace towards a higher intensity. The workouts are as easy or hard as you make them. Modifications available. Ages range from teens - seventies.

Nutrition Class

1st Tuesday morning each month 9:30am in FL-111. Nutrition and health topics by Lisa Hernandez, Certified Nutritionist.

Balance

A 45 min. mat class focusing on balance. Strengthen the core and improve posture and bone strength while preforming weight bearing balance exercises. Best done without shoes to help exercise and strengthen feet, which are foundational to good balance.

Zumba

A cardio-dance class with Latin style!

Essentrics

A low impact, full body workout. Will help increase flexibility, rebalance muscle, heal and prevent injuries, improve your posture, unlock tight muscles and joints, strengthen your spine and core.
