OVERVIEW:

  1. We are BACK! ?
  2. Regathering Sunday June 7, Limited Capacity
  3. RSVP Encouraged

After saturating the Road to Regathering in prayer and intricate planning, we are ready to begin the RSVP process to help us navigate our 25% capacity guidelines at each campus.

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

– Hebrews 10:24-25 (ESV)

How to Prepare for Sunday June 7th Regathering Day

Option 1: Enjoy the Service Live Online

Now at championforest.org, when you click “Church Online” you can select your campus. All 4 campuses will go live each Sunday morning. By God’s grace, we are able to leverage technology to give you live stream access to the campus and venue of your choice.

Option 2: Enjoy the Service Live On-Campus (In-person)

Now at championforest.org, you’ll see a button at the top which says “Reserve Your Seat”. Select your campus and venue to help us navigate our 25% capacity guidelines. For your safety and protection, we will abide by CDC guidelines at each campus and worship venue. More details are provided online.

Please RSVP (English RSVPSpanish RSVP) to help us ensure a meaningful experience within our 25% capacity guidelines if you plan to attend a service live on-campus (in-person).

* You will notice we are providing two Traditions services for our Senior Adultswho feel led of the Lord to experience in-person worship within CDC guidelines. Just as many businesses provide designated shopping times for Senior Adults, we are providing options for in-person worship.

As you know, we will continue assessing the details on our Road to Regathering and make adjustments to comply with the most recent data we receive from the medical community, the CDC, and the multiple layers of our government.

May God be glorified as we gather to worship Him! Invite someone into the journey!

FAQs

Q: What safety measures are in place?
Your health and safety are our top priority. In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, we are implementing the following measures at each campus:

  • Staff and Volunteers will be wearing facemasks in common areas.
  • Everyone, including staff, volunteers, and congregants, will have their temperature taken to ensure no one with a fever (100° or higher) enters the building.
  • Facilities staff will perform a deep clean of the building between services, including disinfecting every seat in the worship center.
  • Everyone will maintain 6-feet social distancing throughout the experience.
  • Congregants will be dismissed from the worship center by row.
  • Bathrooms will be cleaned regularly throughout the morning.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the building.

Q: Will I be required to wear a facemask?
In accordance with CDC and local health guidelines we are encouraging all congregants to wear masks, especially in common areas.

Q: Is RSVP required?
We are highly encouraging RSVP so that we can best prepare for your arrival. If you arrive without an RSVP, we will kindly ask for your contact info at the door. The main reason behind this is to be able to communicate with those who attended a service. Thank you!

Q: Is there anything for my kids?
For now, our Sunday services are “Family Worship”, meaning that the whole family is invited to come and sit together. Our kids area and programs are not open yet.

Q: Are the seats assigned?
Good question! No, there is not assigned seating, our ushers will guide you and your family to seats maintaining 6 feet of social distance.

Q: Is the 8:15am Traditions Service only for Senior Adults?
Yes. We wanted to offer a service only for those who are at risk and our vulnerable population. Much like some stores who are offering earlier opening times for Senior Adults.
