Loving others the way Jesus loves them means loving people even when they make mistakes or can’t give you anything in return. It means helping someone who isn’t your friend, forgiving someone who hurt your feelings, and being kind to someone who isn’t kind to you. That’s not an easy kind of love! Jesus tells us to love others the way He loves them.

Huddle Up
“Everyone’s Welcome At The Table” Parachute Game: Each group will wiggle their parachute until the music stops. When the music stops, everyone must run under the parachute and sit on it. Nobody can be left out.
Closing Activity
Pass the Compliment/Kindness Web: Each group will get a ball of yarn. One student will start by holding the end of the yarn and saying one way to show kindness/love this week. They will then pass the yarn to someone else who will do the same. Repeat until a giant web of kindness/love forms.
