Each summer Champion Forest Student Ministry teaches students to share the gospel and serve others by working alongside local ministries in cities across the United States. These trips often become the most meaningful experiences of students’ school years.
This year we are excited to serve our own community. We expect this local mission trip to open new avenues of engagement for our students. Serving locally we can build long-lasting connections and draw families into our church community.
How will our time be spent?
Students will help lead a soccer camp for local area children. Other mission opportunities will include evening bible camps and host block parties in local apartment complexes.
- Participants must regularly attend Champion Forest Student Ministry life groups.
- Participants must represent Christ faithfully in their daily activities.
- Participants must complete all training. Training is an essential part of mission activities. Not only does it prepare the student for their serving tasks, but it also emphasizes team building, which is a critical component for a successful mission. Missed training sessions can result in being dropped from the trip.
- Parents and participants must sign a form agreeing to outlined commitments.
Training dates – more dates TO BE ANNOUNCED
