General Policies
All who enter the Family Life Center (members & guests) are expected to act, speak and behave in a Christ-like manner. Please follow the dress code at all times.
Member Check-in
Everyone is required to check in at the front desk upon entering the facility. Simply present your FLC membership card to the Welcome Desk staff person on duty. Staff members are required to check all cards and ID's.
Children in the 6th grade and up will receive their own membership cards. They will be responsible for having their card each time they check into the FLC.
Children in the 5th grade and lower may not enter the FLC without a parent. These children must have adult supervision while at the FLC. When children in the 5th grade or lower are in the FLC as a special group or for a special program, the group sponsor is responsible for the proper number of adult supervisors. (See Group Reservations)
Guests & Visitors
A guest is anyone who is not a member of Champion Forest Baptist Church. The staff of the FLC encourages members to bring guests. A member may bring a maximum of three guests unless the Director of the FLC has given prior approval. Guests coming into the facility must:

Individuals who check out equipment are financially responsible for any equipment damaged or destroyed by improper use, or any equipment that is lost or stolen. Equipment must be returned to the Welcome Desk after use.
- There will be no soliciting at the FLC.
Children and Supervision
We often get the question, “Am I old enough to do that?” We've put together this guide to help make it less confusing. Unless otherwise noted, in this guide the word supervised will be defined as having a parent or guardian who is physically at the Family Life Center. The parent or guardian does not have to participate in the same activity as the child, but they must remain in the Family Life Center (ex. child may be in the gym playing basketball while the parent is upstairs on the treadmill). Unsupervised will be defined as not requiring a parent or guardian present at the FLC.
Membership requirements and guest fees do apply, and guests must have a current guest card/waiver on file. As always, children 17 and under must have a guest card filled out by their parent or legal guardian on file to participate.
