Sports & Fitness Membership
The Family Life Center is a sports and fitness center vital to the ministry of Champion Forest Baptist Church.
Sports/Recreation
The sports recreation ministry has leagues and events for kids and adults. Click on the link to Sports and Activities to see what's up and coming. You do not have to be a member of the Family Life Center to participate in any recreation event. There are small fees required for participation which cover league costs.
Fitness Center
The Family Life Center is also a fitness facility. Members are allowed to bring guests. See Guest Policies to answer questions concerning guests. There are small dues for membership to the Family Life Center fitness club. Members can pay dues on a monthy, semi-annual, or annual basis.
The Family Life center is now offering Autopay-payments which are automatically drafted from your bank account on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis! Choose the membership type and payment option that is best for you:

Other Terms
Children fourteen years or younger must be on their parents' membership. Dependents up to age 23 and living at home may also be included on their parents' membership. The membership fee will entitle members to use the weight room, cardiovascular machines, game rooms, aerobics classes, basketball gyms, volleyball courts, sand volleyball courts, jogging track, racquetball courts, showers, and locker room lounge areas. Scheduled recreation leagues have priority over the courts.
No membership is required to participate in craft classes, team sports leagues or special events. The desire of the FLC is that its people would bring and build relationships with non-church members. Applicants must complete an enrollment form including medical history and liability release forms.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the difference between a Family membership and Husband & Wife membership?
A Family membership is ideal for families with dependents ages 23 and younger, living at home, who will also be using the FLC facilities. A Husband & Wife membership is good for married couples under the age of 55 who do not have children, have children who are too young to use the facilities, or who have children who have already moved away from home (or are 24 and above).
2. Have the prices for membership increased?
No, they have not. We took the former Quarterly membership type and divided it by 3 to receive the Monthly membership option. The Semi-Annual and Annual prices are the same as before.
3. Is Autopay mandatory?
No, Autopay is not mandatory. While payments may continue to be made by check or cash for Semi-Annual and Annual memberships, Autopay is required if you choose to pay monthly.
4. What are the advantages of Autopay?
- You no longer have to worry about receiving a bill or when your membership is due.
- You will not worry about bringing a check or cash to the FLC.
- With Autopay you can choose to pay monthly, reducing the amount you have to pay all at once.
5. What paperwork do I need to fill out for Autopay?
Everyone taking advantage of Autopay must fill out an "Authorization Agreement for Auto Pay of Membership" form as well as a "Change of Membership Authorization".
6. Will I still receive a bill with Autopay?
No. If you choose the Autopay payment option your designated bank account will continue to be debited monthly until you provide the FLC with written notification at least 15 days prior to the 2nd of the month. You will, however, continue to be billed if you pay with a check or cash (Semi-Annual and Annual membership option only).
7. If I choose Autopay, when will my bank account be debited?
The draft will occur on the 2nd day of the month as instructed or the first business day following the 2nd when the 2nd falls on a weekend or bank holiday.
8. I was on a quarterly membership and that membership type is gone now. What do I need to do?
By your next billing date, we ask that you please choose a new membership type. If you are unsure of your billing date, please come by the FLC front desk and a staff member will be happy to assist you.
9. Is it possible to change my membership type even if I was not on a quarterly membership?
Yes it is. All you need to do is come by the front desk and fill out a "Change of Membership Authorization". You will also need to fill out an "Authorization Agreement for Auto Pay of Membership" form if you wish to pay by Autopay (required for Monthly membership).
10. Does this mean I can pay with a credit card?
Not at this time.
11. Are there any long term contracts I have to sign with Autopay?
No. You may cancel with written notice to the FLC at least 15 days prior to the 2nd of the month.
