Mother's Day Out
Procedures
Label everything before you arrive! Please bring your child close to 900a; if you will be arriving later than 9:15a, please make special arrangements with the teacher ahead of time. As you leave your child in his/her class, fill in all the spaces on the Sign in sheet and take a security tag. The enrollment/medical form must be returned before the first day your child attends Mothers' Day Out. Your signature and your doctor's signature must be on the form. (Specific developmental requirements are needed for some classes!)
Curriculum
Our teachers are dedicated to creating a positive learning experience for preschoolers ages infants to 2 years old. We want to meet the spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, and social needs of your child in a warm and loving environment. Using the Wee Learn curriculum, we teach biblical truths in rooms arranged into play and learning centers where children can make choices for individual and small group activities. Furthermore, we supplement the Wee Learn Curriculum with additional academic curriculum in the 4 and 5-year-old classes.
General Information
Days and Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Our program begins the week after Labor Day and continues until the next to the last week in May. Holidays and closings of the Klein Independent School District will be observed.

Illness
If your child exhibits any signs of illness within 24 hours before class, please do not bring him/her to class that day! These signs include such symptoms as a cough, cold, upset stomach, diarrhea, rash, fever, sore throat, ear ache, etc. If your child often has a runny nose due to allergies or non-infectious sinus drainage, obtain a doctor's statement stating this. Otherwise, your child will be diagnosed as ill and will not be allowed to stay.
If your child has allergies, mention them to his/her teacher and include them on the enrollment form. Please be aware that teachers will not give medication to your child.
