Special Event Childcare is a ministry budgeted by the church as a support of calendared events at Champion Forest Baptist Church.

Friday Night Childcare Guidelines

All CFBC childcare policies apply. The following pertain to this specific event.

1. Friday Night childcare is available one Friday night a month (unless holiday or church-wide schedule conflicts) for Sunday School members to have a "Night Out" opportunity to build healthy relationships with spouse, friends, family or Sunday School Members.
2. Children will be accepted at 6:30 p.m. and must be picked up no later than 9:45 p.m. Care will be provided for birth through 5th grade. Childcare is only provided through age twelve regardless of school grade. A registration/medical release form must be on file in the childcare office prior to a child participating in Friday Night Childcare.
3. Sign up is only through the Sunday School classes. The class coordinator is responsible for submitting the completed Childcare Registration Form which includes the name, birth date/school grade, and a non-refundable, but transferable registration fee of $8.00 per child/$24 per family maximum. Reservations are not considered complete unless your children are signed up in advance and paid in full. Payment is not accepted the evening of the event. This information must be turned in altogether in a sealed Registration Envelope to the Childcare Operations Office by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday prior to the Friday night event, as lists are compiled on Sunday evening. Telephone reservations and waiting lists will no longer be available. (Please do not place Registration Envelopes in grey, Sunday School box)
4. Preschool, Children, and Student Ministry teachers may sign up and pay their registration fee in the Preschool/Children's Resource Room. (same deadline applies)
5. Children are not considered to be signed up until the list and all monies are turned into the Childcare Operations Office.
6. Confirmations will be made via email by noon Wednesday to class coordinator.
7. No cancellation credits will be given.

Ladies Bible Study Childcare Guidelines

All CFBC childcare policies apply. The following pertain to this specific event.

1. Childcare is provided to ladies who are currently enrolled in Bible Study, have registered their children, and are attending class on that day. A childcare reservation form, with name and birth date must be submitted by the Bible Study group.

International Friendship Childcare Guidelines

All CFBC childcare policies apply. The following pertain to this specific event.

1. Champion Forest provides preschool classes free of charge for children, ages birth through kindergarten, from 9:15 – 11:50 a.m.
2. The purpose of our preschool classes is to provide the best possible care for the children, as well as establish a good relationship with their parents, while teaching them about God and His love. We strive to meet the child’s total needs -- emotional, physical, mental, social, and spiritual—through every possible means, including having bilingual teachers in the classroom whenever possible.
3. We do not have an English class for children. Please bring any child 1 month of age to kindergarten age to the preschool classes. Preschoolers will be hearing English and playing with English-speaking children.

FLC Childcare Guidelines

All CFBC childcare policies apply. The following pertain to this specific event.

1. Family Life Center Childcare is provided from 9 – 12, Monday through Thursday, for the preschool aged children of FLC members/guests. Childcare hours are determined by the CFBC Preschool Ministry.
2. Childcare is financed through the CFBC budget and is available for the sole purpose of providing childcare for FLC members/guests while they are working out on campus in the church facilities.
3. Children six weeks through kindergarten are welcome for a maximum of two hours per visit.
4. Admission tickets for childcare are located at the FLC Control Center. This ticket must be presented to the teacher when signing in for childcare.
