For Him...for every generation...
On January 24th, the Student Ministry unveiled their brand new building, the Lodge. The day was packed with celebrations as our students and volunteers celebrated what God is doing here at Champion Forest. They enjoyed the new facilities and had a special Sunday edition of Element, the Student Service, to commemorate this day.
Some students feasted on hot dogs and hamburgers while others enjoyed the Lodge’s games and amenities. The building features pool and ping pong tables, xbox 360’s, rock band, and other fun games. It also sports three sand volleyball courts for outdoor fun.
The opening of the Lodge marks the third building opening as a part of our IMPACT campaign. Thank you, Champion Forest, for what you have done to make this all possible. And most importantly, let us all be thankful to the Lord for providing us with a great opportunity to reach northwest Houston and share Jesus with them.
