KidsFit is here at CFBC and meets in the FLC Game Room. KidzFit is for all kids who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade!
The program meets from June 27th - July 28th on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays between 9:30am-11:00am. Sign-in your kids at 9:25am.
Make plans to register your kids for KidzFit, and they will strengthen their bodies while having fun doing it! Note: No class on July 4th

What is Kidzfit?
This is a class designed to increase strength and fitness through exercise on the Kidzfit equipment and fun physical activities.
What ages may attend?
Children who have completed kindergarten up to 5th grade graduates.
Does the child need to be an FLC member?
No, but a parent or grandparent needs to be an active FLC member and must remain on campus while the child participates in KidzFit.
How much does it cost?
$3.00 fee per child, per day. Third sibling is free. We accept cash and checks only.
When is the class?
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am - 11am, beginning June 27th until July 28th.
Does my child need to register for Kidzfit?
Yes! Each and every child who participates in Kidzfit MUST have a yellow Kidzfit registration card filled out by their parent. Even if the child is already an FLC member or has a guest card on file, it is imperative that a Kidzfit registration card be filled out and parents must sign the back of the card. Where can I get a registration card?
Kidzfit registration cards are available at the FLC front desk and should be returned there once they are completed. Once your child’s completed registration card is turned in it will be kept on file with the Kidzfit instructors. You only need to fill a card out one time for each participating child. Can I register someone else’s children?
No. For security and safety reasons the card must be completed and the waiver on the back be signed only by the child’s parent or legal guardian. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this. However, you may drop off someone’s completed form for them.
So does that mean my kids can’t bring their friends?
Not at all! We welcome them to bring their friends, however we ask that you plan ahead and pick up a registration card in advance for their parents to sign. When you bring them the first time, just bring their completed registration card and the $3 fee per visit.
Can my child sign themselves in?
No. Children must be signed in and out each time by the adult responsible for them. This is for the safety of everyone.
What is expected of participants?
It is presumed that participants are coming to Kidzfit to improve fitness level, make friends, and have fun! If a child becomes disruptive and uncooperative, the adult responsible for the child will be contacted and the child will be dismissed.
What should we bring to class?
Bring a great attitude, water, and wear comfortable playing clothes and sneakers.
May I drop my child off and leave to run errands?
No, an adult must remain on campus while the child participates. There is no dropping off… an adult must sign the child in and out of the Kidzfit Program.
Does my child have to stay the entire time?
No, you may sign your child in, and sign your child out of class whenever is convenient, between 9:25am and 11:05am.
