Christmas ADVENTure, an interactive Christmas celebration for kids and their families is coming soon! It’s designed to help families begin the Advent season with hearts focused on the birth of Jesus, as the real reason we celebrate!
Chris Barfield, CFBC’s Kids Pastor, will lead our time of celebration. Carol singing and participation by the kids will be included. Families are asked to bring a gift to place at the manger during the celebration, which will be donated to the preschool ministry of First Baptist Church, Galveston. The items are being collected to replace those destroyed in Hurricane Ike. Following the celebration, there will be a live nativity to enjoy, family Christmas crafts to work on together, and a Christmas snack in the café. Since the service is family friendly, there will be no childcare provided.

If you want to print the list at a store, type in "First Baptist Church" for the first name and "Galveston" for the last name.
FBC Galveston also needs 3-8' x 10' rugs for the nursery, todler and 3-4 year old rooms, donations to replace the mattresses, and hands-on Sunday School curriculum.
